A sign of the times...


At the time of our graduation in 1970 a gallon of gasoline in Woodbridge was twenty nine cents.

  1. The price of gas hovered at near a quarter for quite some time....the '50's thru the 70's until the 'gas crisis.' A loaf of bread was a quarter, a pack of smokes was a quarter (I should know since I had my first cigarette at age 5 with some members of our gang!)
